David Duchovny and Tea Leoni's Malibu House is on Sale

It seems that David and Tea are definitely moving to New York! Their house in Malibu is listed "For Sale", "Offered for Lease [37,500/month]" and "Market Status: Available" in various Real Estate Websites. I'll not be posting their links since they obviously contain the home address.

The House is described as having: 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 2 stories in a 5.00 Acres lot. Others features include: Garage, Cooling & Heating System, Pool, Porch, SPA, Fireplace...

    They must be nuts moving away from that to live in New york. I would stay where the weather is great all year round.
